About DueMD

DueMD provides tools and explanations for billing, finance and payer-contracting work. Learn what the site does and how to contact us.

DueMD builds practical tools for people who work through healthcare payment questions: billing teams, practice managers and payer-contracting teams.

Choose from five tools: compare a payer payment, estimate denial rework, model revised contract terms, prepare a test checklist or look up a supported Medicare reference.

What is built

Three calculators cover payment differences, denial rework and contract-change scenarios. The Contract Test Generator creates a checklist from one of three rule templates. A Medicare base-reference module uses versioned source data for supported codes, settings, localities and dates.

The Medicare lookup shows the installed dataset, supported dates and calculation limits. It uses a versioned snapshot rather than a live rate feed. Open the reference lookup or choose another tool.

A result you can follow

Each result includes the inputs and the steps used to calculate it. Guides explain the terms, and downloadable worksheets let you continue the review in your own workspace.

These are self-service calculations and checklists, not a connection to a payer’s claims system. See the sources and methods for the details behind each tool.

An idea you can try

DueMD Verify demonstrates a possible contract-verification workflow. The interactive prototype uses sample data, with no payer-system connection.
