How DueMD handles calculator inputs, Medicare lookup requests, optional analytics, questions and business inquiries.

This notice covers calculators, reference lookups, optional analytics, questions and acquisition inquiries. The publisher is AnKhIt, Russia, Lipetsk.

Calculator inputs

The Reimbursement Variance, Denial Cost and Contract Impact calculators run in your browser. The Contract Test Generator, manual percentage worksheet and Verify prototype also calculate locally. Their financial inputs are not sent to a calculation server, added to the URL or included in analytics. Copying, saving or printing a result creates a copy only when you request it.

Do not enter patient information. Use illustrative figures or non-identifying totals. The site is not intended to receive protected health information, and a general warning does not make medical records safe to submit.

Medicare lookup requests

The Medicare reference lookup sends your selected service date, code, component, setting, rate class, ZIP or locality, percentage and dataset version to DueMD’s lookup API. These fields are needed to calculate the requested reference. They are not recorded as lookup history or sent to usage analytics. Use the service location, not a patient address.

Request metadata may also be handled by the hosting or reverse-proxy service as described below. The lookup does not ask for patient names, claim identifiers or records.

Questions sent to Ask DueMD

Submitting the form sends the topic, question title, explanation, optional description of what you have checked, the selected source page, and optional contact email to our server. These are saved in a private editorial queue with a receipt number and submission time.

Your question is not posted automatically. We do not ask for your name, employer, patient records, or attachments. If you provide an email, it is for contact about that question—not marketing. Without an email, we cannot send you a private reply.

A separate, optional checkbox lets us consider an edited version of your question for a public answer. Leaving it unchecked does not prevent submission. We publish no contact email or original private submission. Permission does not guarantee publication, an answer, or a response date.

Private questions have a 30-day retention period. Scheduled maintenance removes expired records; published editorial answers are kept separately. Use your reference number when requesting removal, rather than resending the question’s contents.

Business inquiries

The business form sends your name, organization, email, message, and acknowledgment to a private inquiry queue. These records are retained for up to 90 days. Saving an inquiry does not create a newsletter subscription.

Optional usage measurement

You can allow or decline first-party usage measurement. The calculators and question form work either way. With permission, we record page paths and actions such as starting a calculator or sending a question, with random browser and session identifiers.

Events do not contain financial inputs, the question text, contact email, or a question receipt. Page paths are selected from the site’s known routes; arbitrary URL parameters are excluded. Events are retained for up to 30 days.

A browser preference records your choice for 180 days. If you allow measurement, a random browser identifier lasts up to 30 days and a session identifier expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. These identifiers do not reliably identify a person across devices.

Use Analytics preferences in the footer to change your choice. Turning measurement off stops new events and removes the local measurement identifiers. It does not automatically identify and delete already collected records.

Hosting and operational records

The web server necessarily receives network information when it handles a request. The application uses a temporary hashed address for rate limits; it does not include raw addresses in its event or question files. Your hosting provider or reverse proxy may keep separate access logs. The operator must disclose and configure those before public launch.

The site does not connect advertising trackers, a third-party chat widget or an external AI service. Submitted questions are not sent to a language model for automatic answering or de-identification.

Contact and requests

Use the operator’s contact above to ask about access, correction, removal, or the handling of your information. A receipt helps locate a question without resending its contents. The operator must review applicable rights, lawful bases, processors, backup retention, and any transfer of the site before launch; this notice is not a compliance certification.

Payer Signal subscriptions

Signing up is a separate choice. We collect the email address, an optional role, the topic category of the signup, confirmation and unsubscribe events, and the consent wording version. Tools and downloads do not require a subscription. We do not attach calculator inputs or question text to this record.

Confirmation is required before a briefing is sent. You can unsubscribe without an account through the link in each message. Unconfirmed requests are removed after seven days; an unsubscribed address is removed from the local subscriber record after 30 days, while a keyed suppression identifier is retained to prevent unwanted sends. The operator must also manage provider records and backups under its documented retention policy.

Email delivery is enabled only after sender configuration and operator review. When live delivery is enabled, Resend processes the address and message. A local preview outbox is not an email delivery service. The operator must account for provider records and backups in its retention policy.
