Terms of use

The scope of DueMD tools, conditions for sending a question, and limits of reference calculations and educational content.

DueMD provides educational tools and general explanations for healthcare payment and contract questions. The publisher is AnKhIt, Russia, Lipetsk.

Use the tools as a starting point

You are responsible for choosing appropriate inputs and checking the result against the records and rules that apply to your situation. The tools do not establish a debt, guarantee recovery, interpret a contract, or replace professional advice.

Worked examples illustrate the method. They are not customer results, industry benchmarks, or promises of what a payer will pay. The tools do not provide medical diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or patient-specific billing decisions.

Sending a question

Submit only a general question that you are entitled to share. Do not include patient information, screenshots, claims, member identifiers, confidential agreements, or other restricted material. Read the question guidelines before sending.

Sending a question asks the operator to consider it; it does not purchase advice, create a professional relationship, or guarantee a reply or publication. Do not rely on Ask DueMD for urgent work or a filing deadline.

The separate publication checkbox grants permission to edit and publish a non-identifying version of that question as part of a DueMD answer. It does not authorize publication of private contact details or material you had no right to share. If you do not give that permission, the submission must not be used as a published reader question.

Answers and corrections

Answers are written by DueMD. A reader-inspired question is identified as such only when publication permission is recorded. Ask DueMD accepts private questions; it does not publish submissions automatically.

We may decline unsuitable questions, correct an answer, or remove content. Report an error using Ask DueMD or contact the operator. For a privacy concern, use the private contact in the privacy notice.

Sources and reuse

Third-party sources remain subject to their owners’ terms. Links do not imply endorsement by a payer, CMS, HHS, or any other organization. Do not copy restricted reference material or confidential agreements into a submission.

Use the publisher and contact details in the privacy notice for questions about these terms. This notice is not a certification of medical, privacy or professional compliance.
