Identify the installed reference snapshot, its supported service dates and the source records retained for reproducible calculations.
The installed snapshot has a fixed version and source fingerprints. A failed import does not silently replace it. The lookup refuses service dates outside the available period.

What changed in this release
CMS-2026Q4-RVU26D-v1 includes RVU/GPCI base-reference calculations, separate QP and non-QP records, and ZIP5/ZIP+4 locality mapping. The lookup uses only the service-date range shown for this snapshot.
Earlier versions
Only the October 2026 snapshot is installed. For a date outside its coverage, use the appropriate official source rather than substituting this quarter’s amount.
